Molten Chocolate BabyCakes....



I memang suka dengan Nigella Lawson tau. Masak main campak-campak je dan pasti hasilnya boleh kasi orang meleleh air liur gitu......dah minah tu seksi....pergh!!!! I like...:-)) This recipe I amik daripada buku dia Nigella's How To Be A Domestic Goddes....

Kunun-kununnya I ni berangan macam Nigella Lawson la...I wish I can cook and bake like her.....Okay...malas nak coleteh banyak-banyak....ni recipe dia...selamat mencuba!!!

Molten Chocolate Babycakes
Ingredients
50g soft butter
350g best dark chocolate
150g caster sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g plain flour
pudding moulds
Method
1. Preheat oven at 200C, grease moulds with butter and line with baking paper.
2.Melt dark chocolate and let cool.
3.Beat butter and sugar. Add in vanilla, add in eggs one by one.
4.Pour the melted dark chocolate and lastly fold in flour. Divide equally amongst moulds.
5.To bake I warmed my baking tray first in the oven while the oven was heating. Then, I quickly took out the baking tray and arrange the moulds filled up with the batter.
6. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.

This dessert is best served warm with vanilla ice cream...marvellous!!!!

Baked Chicken Wings with Black Pepper Sauce....


Favourite seisi rumah. So, pasti ada menu siaran ulangan bukan. Recipe ada di sini...cuma tukarkan sauce dia je.....dulu bikin Mushroom Sauce..kali ni buat Black Pepper sauce pulak...Tak kiralah apa jenis sauce dia.....yang penting licin babe dimakan oleh 3Es & Mr E...:-))

Spaghetti Bolognese....

We sangat suka makan Spaghetti Bolognese....Mudah dan simple untuk dimasak...pasti sedap punya. This is other easy peasy recipe from me......

Recipe Spaghetti Bolognese...
Untuk sauce I gunakan recipe ni.....

Basic Tomato Sauce Recipe

Bahan-bahannya:-)

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small carrot or 1/2 large carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 small stalk of celery, including the green tops, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil or 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 20 of fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cara-cara penyediaannya:-)

1 Heat olive oil in a large wide skillet on medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrot, celery and parsley. Stir to coat. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are softened and cooked through. 2 Remove cover and add the minced garlic. Increase the heat to medium high. Cook for garlic for 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes, including the juice and shredding them with your fingers if you are using canned whole tomatoes. Add the tomato paste and the basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a low simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook, uncovered until thickened, about 15 minutes. If you want you can push the sauce through a food mill, or blend it with an immersion blender, to give it a smooth consistency.

Makes 2 1/2 cups of sauce.

Ok, bila tomaro sauce sudah disiap dimasak....Panaskan kuali atau periuk untuk masakkan sauce bolognese ni. I gunakan sepekat mince meat cap Ramly...masakkannya ia sehingga separuh masak. kemudian masukkan setin cendawan butang yang telah dipotong halus-halus ke dalam mince meat tadi. Kacau rata. Lepas tu masukkan tomato sauce tu tadi ke dalam campuran mince meat dan cendawan butang itu tadi. Masak sehingga menggelegak. Siap untuk dihidang.

Oh ya...terlupa pulak, untuk mee nyer pulak I gunakan vercemilli cap San Remo. Rebuskan vercimelli dan toskan selepas lembut. Gaulkan dengan sedikit olive oil.Boleh dimakan dengan kuah sauce tadi.

Chocolate Chips Cookies...

I baked this cookies for Teacher's Day.... Punya lah happy Eldest & Middle E sebab dapat bawa this cookies as gift for their teachers.....

Recipe Chocolate Chips Cookies...
Bahan-bahannya:-)
(A)
250g unsalted butter
150g castor sugar
1 telur kuning
1 tsp vanilla
(B)
230g flour
25g cocoa powder
150g chocolate chips
70g nestum

Cara-cara penyediaannya:-)
1. Flour dan cocoa powder diayak
2. Butter dan sugar dipukul sehingga kembang. Then, masukkan telur kuning dan vanila. Pukul sehingga sebati.
3. Nestum dan chocolate chips dimasukkan ke dalam adunan tadi dan mix well.
4. Masukkan pula flour dan cocoa powder dan mix till well combined.
5. Sudukan bancuhan tadi ke atas tray yang dialaskan dengan baking paper.
6. Bakar pada 165'C for 25 minutes.
7. Sejukkan...dan boleh dimakan dan disimpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.

Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake....

    • My best friend, Ainy minta I tolong buatkan chocolate cake for somebody yang celebrate birthday last Friday. Last minute order but still managed to bake this chocolate cake. I buat sikit kelainan dengan meletakkan filling blueberry di antara layer chocolate cake ini dan barulah disalut dengan chocolate frosting....recipe ada kat bawa ni ya....:-))

    • Ingredients

      • 1 cup butter
      • 1 cup water
      • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/2 cup buttermilk
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. In a saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter. Stir in 1 cup water and 4 tablespoons cocoa powder. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, dissolve the baking soda in 1/2 cup of buttermilk. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Mix in the cooled cocoa mixture.
  3. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the cocoa buttermilk mixture. Stir until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Ice the cake with Buttermilk Pecan Icing while it's still warm.
  4. For the icing: In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter with 4 tablespoons cocoa. Stir in 1/3 cup buttermilk, and heat until almost boiling. Stir in confectioners' sugar, vanilla, salt and pecans. Remove from heat. Mix well and pour over warm cake.

Nasi Goreng Seafood....



Resepi Nasi Goreng Seafood
BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
1 mangkuk besar nasi
1 biji bawang besar, hiris
2 ulas bawang putih, hiris
1 paket sayur campur
3 biji telur
1 cawan udang
1 cawan sotong
1 camca besar sos tiram
1/4 camca teh minyak bijan
Kicap cair secukupnya
Hirisan daun sup/daun bawang*
Hirisan cili merah*(*untuk hiasan)

BAHAN SAMBAL BELACAN :-)
1 inci belacan, dibakar
2 biji cili merah
15 biji cili padi merah
Secubit gula

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Sayur campur dicuci dan dipotong berasingan. Tumbuk lumat semua bahan2 untuk sambal belacan. Ketepikan.
  2. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih dan sambal belacan hingga harum, masukkan sos tiram dan gaul rata. Tambah sotong dan udang. Masak sekejap.
  3. Tolak ketepi kuali bahan2 tadi, masukkan telur dan biar hingga telur mengeras sedikit. Kacau dengan sudip untuk menghancurkan telur tadi. Gaul rata dengan bahan2 lain. Masukkan nasi dan gaul rata.
  4. Tambah minyak bijan dan kicap cair secukupnya. Gaul hingga semua rata. Tambah daun sawi dan kacau lagi. Rasa dan jika perlu tambah kicap cair sehingga mendapat tahap kemasinan yg sesuai.
  5. Alih nasi tadi ke dalam bekas sesuai dan tabur hirisan daun sup/daun bawang dan hirisan cili sebelum menghidang. Sedia untuk dihidang. Selamat mencuba!!!

Brownies + Cookies = BROOKIES



Hi guys.....u all should try this...Awesome babe!!!! Sekali makan nak lagi...nak lagi....nak lagi....tidak menjemukan....sampaikan my Eldest & Middle E asingkan siap2 dalam tupperware masing-masing untuk dibawa ke sekolah....:-))


Brookies
Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chunks (52-62% cacao)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup of light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Method

  1. Melt the oil, butter, and 2 cups of the chocolate together in a stainless-steel bowl of a double boiler. Let the mixture cool.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla together until combined.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until combined.
  5. Freeze the batter in a shallow pan for 6 to 8 minutes until the batter sets and hardens slightly.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F at this time.
  7. Scoop the cookie dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 11 to 12 minutes until the tops look dry and cracked.
  9. Cool completely for a soft and chewy Brookie.

Fettucine Marinara Soup for dinner....

This desh requested by Mr E yang nakkan makan yang simple-simple je yang berasaskan sup. Masak this sup guna apa yang ada di dalam peti sejuk...kiranya ni version sup main campak-campak je......pastu kawankan sup ni dengan Fettucine...sedap gak..layan la.....

Resepi Fettucine Marinara Soup....
Bahan-bahannya :-)
sepeket cendawan tiram yang dipotong2...
1 batang lobak merah
100 g Bunga kobis
1 packet jagung muda
Lain-lain sayuran yang suka untuk ditambah seperti celery, broccoli dan lain-lain
3 biji kentang
3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 biji cili merah
12 ekor udang basah
6 ekor sotong
Serbuk lada putih
Garam
Kicap
Minyak masak
Air
Daun sup & daun bawang untuk hiasan

Cara-cara memasak

1. Potong cendawan tiram dipotong 2 atau 4 terpulang pada saiz.

2. Panaskan 2 sudu makan minyak masak di dalam periuk

3. Hiris bawang merah dan bawang putih. Tumiskan bawang2 di dalam minyak panas sehingga kekuningan.

4. Masukkan udang basah yang telas dibuang kulit dan dibasuh bersih.

5. Masukkan air dalam setengah periuk. Masukkan garam, serbuk lada putih.

6. Kupas kulit ubi kentang, potong menjadi 4 atau 6 ( ikut saiz ) dan masukkan ke dalam periuk.Biarkan sebentar sehingga kentang sedikit empuk.

7. Masukkan cendawan, lobak merah, bunga kobis, jagung muda dan lain-lain sayuran yang ingin ditambah.

8. Potong cili merah dan masukkan ke dalam periuk sup.

9. Tambahkan 1-2 sudu kicap dan biarkan mendidih.

10. Bila ubi sudah empuk, dan kuah sudah mendidih, bolehlah diangkat.

11. Rebuskan fettucine sehingga lembut. Toskannya dan gaul bersama sedikit minyak zaitun.

12. Masukkan fettucine yang telah lembut tadi ke dalam pinggan, sendukkan sup sayur yang telah dimasak tadi dan taburkan hirisan daun sup/daun bawang ke atasnya. Siap untuk dimakan. Selamat Mencuba!
