This cookies sangat sedap....bukan 3Es je yang suka, mummy 3Es pun suka jugak. Ngap sekali nak lagi...ngap lagi nak lagi....macam tak boleh nak berhenti je makan cookies ni. Cilok this recipe from Kak Rim...tq ye kak....I cpoy & paste.....:-))
Coffee Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 75g castor sugar
- 90g brown sugar
- 3 eggs yolks
- 1/2tsp vanilla essence
- 1tsp coffee oil
- 120g of chocolate chips
- 100g of nuts
- 350g flour
- 15g cocoa powder
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 160degC
- Grease a pan with butter
- Beat butter, castor sugar and brown sugar until smooth
- Add egg one by one…beat till combined
- Add vanilla, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder – mix mixture and stir well
- Add choc chips and nuts. Mix well
- Bake in hot oven for 15minit
